East Bay FIT Camp - Outdoor Boot Camp

What is FIT Camp?

FIT Camp is an outdoor group fitness program - boot camp.  The purpose of FIT Camp is to get and keep you in excellent shape!  We meet rain or shine.  Our workouts include: calistenics, short runs, resistance training, core conditioning, plyometrics, agility and strength training, flexibility and more.   One day we may have a track style workout, or we may run the bleachers.  On another day we may do a full body resistance or plyometrics. We change each session to eliminate boredome, and to keep your body challenged so you are continuously getting in better and better shape.

When and where does FIT meet?

4-Week Session
Days: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
Time: 5:45 - 6:45 AM
Location: Piedmont, CA*
Start Date:  A new session starts the 1st Monday of each month.

6-Week Session
Days: Saturdays
Time:  9-10 AM
Location: Lafayette, CA*
Dates: TBA

*Locations and directions to FIT Camp will be provided upon registration.

How much does FIT Camp Cost?

4-Week Session:  $250
6 Week Session: $100
Drop-in Sessions:  $20
